How do I find the correct wetsuit size?
To ensure a perfect fit, please refer to our comprehensive size chart located on each product page. We recommend measuring your height, weight, and chest circumference, as Synergy wetsuits are designed for a performance-oriented, hydrodynamic fit.
What is the typical shipping time for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for athletes with upcoming races.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused wetsuits in their original packaging with tags attached. If you need a different size, we provide free exchanges to ensure you have the right gear for your next swim.
How should I care for my Synergy wetsuit to ensure it lasts?
After every use, rinse your wetsuit in cold, fresh water and hang it to dry inside out on a wide-shouldered hanger away from direct sunlight. Avoid using harsh detergents or machine washing.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Synergy wetsuits come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from sharp objects like fingernails.
Are Synergy wetsuits triathlon-legal?
Absolutely. All of our competition-grade wetsuits are designed to meet the standards set by Ironman, USAT, and World Triathlon (formerly ITU) regulations regarding thickness and buoyancy.
