At Synergy Wetsuits, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next swim or triathlon. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Ensure the wetsuit is clean, dry, and packed in its original packaging with all tags attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
